Todgarh tourist treasure in the Aravallis

Todgarh is a beautiful town in the Aravallis located at a height of around three thousand two hundred feet, whose original name was Boraswara. Impressed by beauty of this region British colonel James Tod built a fort at a distance of seventy km from Beawar. The fort which is one hundred sixty five km from Udaipur and one hundred twenty km south of Ajmer can be approached from railheads at Beawar and Ajmer. Nearest airport to the fort is at Udaipur, whereas it can be reached by road also which is just six km away from the highway NH-8.

Dudhaleshwar Temple 
This is an ancient temple of Lord Shiva beautifully surrounded by tall Karanj, Tamaraind and Banyan trees. Located on the boundary of Todgarh Raoli Wildlife Sanctuary, this temple is popular as one of the best places for meditation and relieving stress.
